Devices

 

The recommended way to register a device is by using the app itself. It is much simpler, see how to do it here. However, if necessary, it is also possible to register a device by using the ADMINISTRATOR platform.

Register a new device

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR on REGISTERS / DEVICES

  1. Click on ADD

  2. Select the account to which the device will be linked

  3. Give the device a description

  4. Fill in the identifier code that can be found on the INFO screen of the Mobitraxx PRO or LITE android application.

  5. Enter the number to call this device (optional)

  6. Select the plan in which you want to license your device

  7. SAVE

Edit a device

Click the pencil in the device row to edit it.

Delete a device

Click the trash can in the device row to delete it.

To delete more than one device at the same time, check the devices to be deleted and click "Delete selection".

 

Replacing a device with the WEB ADMINISTRATOR

  1. Install the app on the new device and get the new identifier code on INFO icon.

  2. Go back to the WEB ADMINISTRATOR and click on the pencil of the device you want to replace.

  3. Replace the old device's identifier code with the new device's code. The code must be exactly the same, considering all letters, numbers and dashes.

  4. SAVE

DEVICES management is only available for Mobitraxx PRO or Mobitraxx LITE subscribers.
