Groups

 

Organize information and facilitate consultation of your Mobitraxx system using groups.

 

 

Checkpoints groups

 

 

Here are some good reasons to organize your checkpoints into groups:

- Mobitraxx LITE: if you use this system, the organization of places in groups is essential, as there are no ACCOUNTS in Mobitraxx LITE. Thus, the only way to separate your customers' information is to separate checkpoints into groups, that is, each customer will be represented by a group of checkpoints.

- Round configuration: again, if your service is Mobitraxx LITE, it is essential that the checkpoints are grouped by customer to facilitate the configuration of rounds by customer. If you use Mobitraxx PRO, even though the ACCOUNTS feature is available, the use of groups of locations acts as a second level of classification and filtering.

- Issuing reports: filter information by groups of checkpoints.

Add a new location group

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REGISTERS / GROUPS

  1. Click ADD and then select CHECKPOINTS

  2. Select the account to which the group will be linked

  3. Give a description to the group

  4. Mark the checkpoints to compose the group.

  5. SAVE

OR

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REGISTERS / CHECKPOINTS

  1. When adding or editing a checkpoint, fill in the GROUP field with the wanted description for the new checkpoint group, which the checkpoint in use will be part of.

  2. SAVE

  3. In the next checkpoints additions or editions, the created group will be available, just typing the first letters to appear as an option. This group will also be present in REGISTERS / GROUPS.

 

 

User groups

Separating users into groups can be an excellent way to issue reports filtered by multiple users. For example, evaluate team performance.

Add a new user group

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REGISTERS / GROUPS

  1. Click ADD and then select USERS

  2. Give a description to the group

  3. Mark the users to compose the group.

  4. SAVE

 

Edit and delete groups

 

Edit a group

Click on the pencil next to the group to make the edits.

Delete a group

Click on the trash next to the group to delete it.

To delete more than one group at the same time, check the groups you want to delete and click "delete selection".

GROUP management is available for all Mobitraxx services.
