Leaves report

 

 

This report is used to view leaves. Is it possible to add leaves and adjust them if necessary. The following are considered leaves:

- sick note

- class

- general leave

- maternity leave

- paternity leave

- bereavement

- suspension

Click on the arrow at the beginning of the line to view the last record referring to the leave.

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR at REPORTS / TIME CLOCK / LEAVES

 

Add a leave

1. Click on ADD

2. Select an employer

3. Select an user

4. Select the leave

5. Fill in the leave period with date and time

6. Check if the hours will be paid or not

7. Justify the leave

8. If necessary, attach a file (PDF, JPG or PNG).

9. SAVE

Edit a leave

1. Click on the pencil next to the leave to make the edits.

2. With the exception of the employer and user information, all leave items can be edited​

3. Justify the edition of the leave

4. SAVE
