OCCURRENCE

This function allows the recording of events perfectly detailed, making it possible to add reports, images and video.

By default, there is an “Occurrence log” occurrence, but other occurrences might be added.

See how to add occurrences.

Registering an occurrence

    1.    Click on OCCURRENCE.

    2.    Select an occurrence.

    3.    Fill in the additional fields, if any.

    4.    MAKE A REPORT to describe the details of the occurrence. To do this, start typing or click on the microphone to speak. Your speech will be converted to text.

    5.    ADD UP TO 6 IMAGES.

    6.    ADD VIDEO up to 30 seconds.

    7.    LINK A CHECKPOINT. If you have registered one in the last 10 minutes it will already be suggested.

    8.   Establish the PRIORITY of resolution for the occurrence, if applicable.

    9.   If you wish, collect a signature, which can be from the user himself or from a third party involved in the process. After signing, it will no longer be possible to add or modify the data entered in the occurrence. If the occurrence is saved without a signature, it can still be signed through the history.

   10.  SAVE

Before completing the occurrence, all details can be deleted or edited. This will no longer be possible after saving the occurrence.

Checkpoint records

To link a location to the occurrence, it is possible to use GEO, QR Code and NFC locations.

GEO Checkpoint

The red icons on the map are GEO locations. The blue arrow or dot indicates the location of the device. Mobitraxx admits a reading tolerance of 20 meters / 65 feet around the site. If the user tries to read the checkpoint outside the tolerance area, Mobitraxx PRO indicates how far the user is from the checkpoint area.

To read a GEO checkpoint in this mode, it is necessary to click on it. Once this is done, Mobitraxx PRO issues a read confirmation. Stealth mode is not available for OCCURRENCE function.
