Round schedules

The round schedule defines the frequency and checkpoints to be visited. A round can have more than one schedule, for example, one schedule for weekdays and another for weekends. However, schedules cannot overlap.

Add a round schedule

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in CONTROLS/ROUNDS/SCHEDULES

  1. Click ADD. A new section called "Schedule details" opens

  2. Select the days of the week when the round schedule will be applied

  3. Fill in the start time field. This is the time when the first round starts

  4. Fill in the end time field. This is the time when the last round must be completed

  5. Set the duration of the rounds in minutes. The duration refers to the time of each complete round

  6. If you prefer, define the number of rounds to be carried out in the period. When adjusting the number of rounds, the duration is adequated and vice versa.

  7. On the CHECKPOINTS tab, select the checkpoints that will be part of the round in the schedule. The checkpoints will be organized by groups, if they have been created. To open a group and see all the checkpoints, click on the little arrow next to the checkbox.

  8. If the case, establish the sequence in which the checkpoints are to be visited by clicking on the SEQUENCE tab. Confirm that the checkpoints should be read in sequence, mark the checkpoints and move them up or down using the arrows.

  9. SAVE the schedule

  10. Continue round setting

Edit a round schedule

Click on the pencil next to the schedule to edit.

WARNING: when editing a round, all exisiting reports will be readjusted to the new configuration. If this is not the desired effect, it is possible to RECYCLE A ROUND. When using this feature, the round preserves the past reports and starts to make a new control. See how to recycle a round.

Delete a round schedule

Click on the trash can next to the tour schedule to delete it.

To exclude more than one schedule at the same time, check the schedules you want to exclude and click "exclude selection".

As with editing, when deleting a tour schedule all past reports will be lost. To maintain reporting history, recycle the round.

ROUNDS control is available to Mobitraxx PRO and Mobitraxx LITE subscribers.
