SERVICE

The SERVICE function records the displacement from checkpoint or non preset locations, as well as the service at a given location. Ideal for managing service orders and tactical support.

Checkpoint records

To perform service activities, you can capture the position or use pre-registered checkpoints. Mobitraxx offers different technologies for identifying locations. See which ones can be used in SERVICE activities. It is possible to take readings from GEO, QR Code and NFC locations.

GEO Checkpoint

The red icons on the map are GEO locations. The blue arrow or dot indicates the location of the device. Mobitraxx admits a reading tolerance of 20 meters / 65 feet around the site. If the user tries to read the checkpoint outside the tolerance area, Mobitraxx PRO indicates how far the user is from the checkpoint area.

To read a GEO checkpoint in this mode, it is necessary to click on it. Once this is done, Mobitraxx PRO issues a read confirmation. Stealth mode is not available for SERVICE function.

QR checkpoint

NFC checkpoint

Bring the device closer to the NFC tag to read it, around 3 cm / 1 inch.

Performing services

Once started, the SERVICE is divided into 3 stages:

- Displacement;

- Execution;

- Completion.

1. DISPLACEMENT: it can be started from known checkpoint, already registered in the system, or random locations. If the location is already registered, either with GEO, QR or NFC, just perform the reading to start the journey. If the movement is initiated from a random location, not registered in the system, press the green button. Mobitraxx PRO will store the address recognized as the closest, or the geographic coordinate if there is no address.

2. EXECUTION: starts when the user arrives at the place of execution of the service. In the same way as the displacement, the user registers a known location or clicks the yellow button if the execution location is not registered. Both during displacement and during execution, the user can register occurrences or trigger a panic at any time.

3. COMPLETION: To end the service, and with that end the process, the user can read the location again, either through a known GEO, QR or NFC identification or by clicking the black button if the location is not registered.

The services performed can be viewed on the services report.
