Services report
The SERVICES report analyzes the performance of the registrations made through the SERVICE function of Mobitraxx PRO. This function allows the recording of routes and activities eventually carried out, without having a specific time schedule. With the service function it is possible to register activities in any checkpoint or location.
How to register a service using Mobitraxx PRO.
Issuance of the report
At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REPORTS / SERVICES
By default, the report indicates ALL ACCOUNTS within the last 24 hours and no filters applied.

Select an account or all accounts.

Establish the consultation period.

Apply filters.

Click on one of the following display styles
Metrics
Metrics provide data in a very visual way. They are composed of the following graphs:
1. ALL ACCOUNTS:
- percentage of completion of all services started
- percentage of completion of services for each account
2. A specific account:
- percentage of completion of services on account
- data consolidation of service steps
Standard
Organizes service records in chronological order. Click on the magnifying glass icon at the beginning of the line to expand the service and view all the details:
- account for which the service was performed
- user icon to view user's details
- device icon to view device's details
- service order details
- details of the service steps
- itinerary displayed on map
- totals of service times and distances.
Listing
Lists the services in simple listing, displaying the service, duration, distance, user, device and service order in a single line.
SERVICES reports are available to Mobitraxx PRO subscribers.
