Workday records

Lists the clock-in, clock-out and overtime records of the working day in progress.

For reasons of control and prevention of duplicate information, only the first record received on the server will be considered valid. For example, if the user records a CLOCK-IN 1 in the application but was not logged in and the administrator also records a CLOCK-IN 1 at the same working day, the firs record received on the server is the valid one.

These records are called "confirmed on the server".

However, other records that have been made are not discarded and are stored in the system, including for use as evidence for adjustments.

These records are called "confirmed on the device" and are never discarded.

Time records that have been input by the administrator are identified by an asterisk (*), while justifications are identified by an exclamation point (!).

See how to post via the administrator system.

See how to justify a time record.

Time records commands

Validations

When a record is inserted via the administrator's platform, a validation request is generated to the user.
