Issuance of the report

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR under REPORTS / TIME CLOCK

By default, the report indicates ALL EMPLOYERS within the last 24 hours and no filters applied.

  1. Select an employer or all employers.

  2. Establish the consultation period.

  3. Apply filters

  4. Click on one of the following display styles

Metrics

 

Metrics provide data in a very visual way. They are composed of the following graphs:

1. ALL EMPLOYERS:

- overall efficiency index of all employers (relationship between attendance and punctuality)

- overall efficiency ratio by employer

2. A specific employer:

- overall efficiency index

- attendance (ratio between expected and realized entries)

- punctuality (relationship between punctual points and out of hours)

- performance trend (performance comparison with the previous period)

- absences (users with more absences in the period)

- delays (users more frequently late in the period)

- justifications

- leaves

Workdays

This report is used to view users' working hours. In it, the administrator can check records and make adjustments.

Click the arrow at the beginning of the line to view the administrator's last activity. To see all the activities click on the pencil to open the WORKDAY editing screen.

 

- additional filter: search for worked and unworked days, checked and unchecked workdays.

Timesheet

Issue individual employees' timesheets. It's a spreadsheet with all the activities of a period, which can be printed and signed by the employee and other parts.

- click on the magnifying glass icon to view all the details of a user's point sheet on screen

- click the icon to view the user's card

- click on the PDF icon to generate the individual PDF. You can generate the PDF in batch by clicking on the PDF icon at the top

- additional filter: display only the timesheet or add an attachment detailing the activities of the administrator at the user's point

Standard

Organizes clock ins and outs in chronological order, user, record, site, device and location. Click on the arrow at the beginning of the line to expand the record and view all the details:

- user selfie

- or image of justification

- employee's comments. Learn more.

- monitor comments. Learn more.

- additional filter: search for confirmed records on the device or server. Learn more.

Listing

Identical to the STANDARD style, but without the detail display arrow

Failures

This report lists the failures in the clock records.

- additional filter: absences, delays, anticipations or displaced point (in a different place than expected)

Leaves

This report is used to view departures. In it, the administrator can post removals and adjust them if necessary. The following are considered absences:

- sick note

- education

- general leave

- maternity leave

- paternity leave

- mourning

- suspension

Click on the arrow at the beginning of the line to view the last record referring to the leave. To see all the activities click on the pencil to open the screen for editing LEAVES.

 

- additional filter: search for types of leaves.

Comp time

Displays the balance of hours for users opting for this compensation system.

 

1. For all or a group of users: the comp time report is displayed in a synthetic way, showing only the hours balance of each user

2. For a single user: the comp time report displays a spreadsheet with all the entries for the period consulted and the final hour balance.

If necessary, the administrator can post hours directly to the comp time report. See how!

Descriptive

Displays the settings of valid timecards in the consulted period.

TIME CLOCK reports are available to Mobitraxx PRO and Mobiclock subscribers.
